Cancellation Policy

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Rental Hours: Studio rentals are available in 1-hour increments. Clients must adhere to the rental period. Extended sessions may be allowed depending on availability and additional charges. Studio Access: Clients are granted access only during the reserved timeslot. Early arrivals or late departures require prior approval. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Booking Process: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or rescheduling without extra charges. Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee. No-show: Full rental fee forfeited, no rescheduling or refund. PAYMENT POLICY Rental Fees: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Rates vary by studio type, time slot, and additional services. Late Payments: If payment is not received on time, the rental will be canceled. Additional Charges: Charges may apply for damages, late check-outs, or extra time used. STUDIO USE & EQUIPMENT Studio Usage: Studios are for music practice, recording, and related activities. Clients must respect the premises and equipment. Setup and Breakdown: Clients are responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment within the rental time. No staff will be provided. LIABILITY & INSURANCE Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their own equipment and guests. The studio is not liable for personal items left behind. Damage or Injury: Clients are liable for any damage to the studio or injuries during the rental. STUDIO ETIQUETTE & CONDUCT Alcohol & Drugs: The use of alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited. Clients under the influence may be asked to leave without a refund. Food & Drink: Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Clients must clean up after themselves. Meals or open food containers are not permitted. TERMINATION & REFUND POLICY Termination by Client: Clients may terminate with written notice. Refunds follow the cancellation policy. Termination by Studio: The studio may terminate if the client violates policies or engages in illegal activity. No refund will be provided. EMERGENCY & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES If there are unforeseen issues like equipment failure or power outages, the studio will try to reschedule or offer a refund. However, the studio is not liable for any resulting losses. By booking and using the studio, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
